RESI Awards 2024 for managing agent Rendall & Rittner when 100s of Housing Associations Unhappy across the UK
Following honourable Judges of the RESI Awards 2024;
Alex Notay, Director Thriving Investment;
Dan Batterton, Head of Residential, LGIM Real Assets;
Freddie Wonnacott, Director, Fund Management, M&G Real Estate;
Lauren Atkins, Managing Director, The Malins Group;
Olivia Harris, Chief Executive, Dolphin Living;
Namita Matkar, Partner, Davitt Jones Bould
were requested if they could clarify the criteria used for awarding Rendall & Rittner the RESI 20204 awards despite widespread discontentment among 100s of housing associations across the UK.
Except for the one judge who promptly replied & refused to recognize Rendall & Rittner (his name is not mentioned above) all other judges are silent so far.
Hundreds of housing associations across the UK have expressed their dissatisfaction through open letters to Rendall and Rittner’s CEO, which have gone unanswered.
Resident associations have publicly criticized Rendall and Rittner for questionable service charges:
Manchester Evening News
Associates Times
There are serious allegations about the company ignoring fire safety concerns:
The Guardian

Additionally, Rendall and Rittner have been featured on “Rip Off Britain,” and the negative media coverage is extensive. Given this backdrop, their repeated selection for the RESI award is puzzling & honourable judges are silent just as the CEO of the TPI ACE awards is silent.
Rendall and Rittner is one of the biggest property managing agents across the UK & also manages prestigious St George properties at Imperial Wharf SW6 London.
