Women’s Health Prioritized at Successful 50:50 Parliament Reception. On the 22nd of July 2024, the 50:50 Parliament and Chamber UK successfully hosted the “Welcome to Parliament Reception – Prioritising Women’s Health” at the Rooftop Terrace in Westminster.
The event brought together newly elected Parliamentarians and government leaders to champion women’s health, with a special focus on menopause and perinatal health.
Lyanne Nicholl, CEO of 50:50 Parliament, chaired the event, which featured notable speakers such as Mariella Frostrup, Carolyn Harris MP, Cherry Healey, Emily Darlington MP, Preet Kaur Gill MP, Munira Wilson MP, Dr. Janet Barter, Janet Lindsay, Dr. Christine Ekechi, and Shobhna Ladva.
